1 General Introduction

• Each bonus has its own validity period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.

• A maximum single bet limit may apply to bets placed with bonus funds.
• If ba99p suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any related winnings.

• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression depends on your regular participation and activity on the platform. ba99p evaluates specific criteria to determine your VIP tier.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Game Rules

All games shown on ba99p are operated by third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules and payout structure displayed within the game. It is the user's responsibility to understand the game rules before placing a bet.

7.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football and kabaddi. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final. If an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the original amount refunded.

7.3 Technical Errors

If an abnormal winning amount is displayed due to a technical error, ba99p reserves the right to cancel that win. Attempting to benefit from any software error is prohibited.

7.4 Disconnection

• Depositing funds from illegal sources or any attempt at money laundering.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or gain any unfair advantage.

• Attempting to control betting outcomes by coordinating with other players.
• Placing bets using insider information about the outcome of any event.
• Using a third-party credit card or another person's payment method.
• Filing a chargeback claim against the platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

10.3 Balance After Account Closure
